RETURN POLICY
If you need to return a product to us for any reason within 30 days of delivery, please read the following:
1.) Prior to returning a product for any reason, you must email, fax, telephone, or mail us for a return authorization. Please include your order number, your name, and your address along with the name of the product being returned.
2.) When you receive your approved authorization, please send the product to us prepaid with your return address on the box.
3.) If you have received a defective or damaged product, you will be given a complete refund including all shipping and handling charges, or with your consent an exact replacement product will be sent at no-charge.
4.) If you are dissatisfied with a product or have changed your mind about the purchase, send back the unopened product with our authorization, and you will be reimbursed for the product price excluding all shipping and handling charges and any re-stocking fees.

Orders seized by Customs or refused orders:
Products that are held in customs or refused by the customer, will not be the responsibility of KRM Industries. There is no refund for seized or refused orders. If the product is returned undamaged, we will re-ship to you again, if you pay the re-shipping charge.
